Dance For Your Pole.
The first pole dance studio in the Netherlands that made different styles of pole dancing available, and the first that made flexibility lessons available for the pole dancing world.
Our studio is equipped with 18 x-pole x-lock dance poles, X-lock the new revolutionary system to set the dance poles from static to spinning, with a simple hand movement. In addition to Pole Dance lessons, we also offer Aerial silks, Aerial Hope lessons. We also offer chair dance and other styles of pole dancing such as stiletto girls, power pole, pole-fit and exotic pole and the new trend “Cardio Twerk and Cardio Boxing”.  We already guide the level of pole dancing, air acrobatics and flexibility, in addition to our wide range of fun and fit lessons.  We offer various Workshops for your Bachelorette Party, Birthday and Company outing. Our studios are easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The range of lessons, workshops and our teachers is what sets us apart from the rest. The teachers are certified and trained in various dance styles. Also qualified as a fitness personal trainer and X-pert pole dance coach.

Both studios Tussen de Bogen 105 and Tussen de Bogen 107 have a special dance floor with high quality dance poles including static dance poles and spinning dance poles. We have aerial silks, aerial hoop and a total of 15 dance poles. You can come to us for any level of pole dancing or air acrobatics.
